Owned the externals sub-system on the Pearl 15 engine from concept through to engine testing.

  • Department focal and BOM (~2,200 parts) creator and owner — cost and weight management. Reduced engine Externals cost by over 30%, without a weight increase
  • Sub-System Designer and Integrator for the 700NG — responded to change requests with alternative concepts, owned these through Stress, Fluid, and Thermal Analysis until detailed design and successful engine testing
  • Component detail designer for a development stage engine — produced final 3D models and technical drawings for production. Evaluator and Author status on 3 engines
